The Grove — Port St. Lucie, Florida
Location
Port St. Lucie, FL
Project type
Riverfront Food Garden & Culinary Hub
The Grove is Port St. Lucie’s first and only riverfront culinary and cultural destination—a “living room by the river” created through a landmark public–private partnership with the City. On a 1.1-acre site within the City’s only riverfront park, SūDā is developing a collection of seven restaurants and bars, including an upscale rooftop restaurant, a waterfront tiki pavilion, and a quad of casual food concepts gathered around a central bar.
Backed by more than $50 million in public investment to transform the waterfront, The Grove has been designated an economic-priority project and granted a long-term, 50-year operating lease, positioning it as the city’s culinary and cultural anchor for decades to come. Curated with Arquitectonica Studio, Atlas Restaurant Group, and award-winning chefs and designers, the project brings SūDā’s philosophy to life: a riverfront environment that nourishes all the senses, keeps entertainment dollars local, and turns Port St. Lucie’s waterfront into a true civic heart.
SūDā has formed a culinary partnership with Atlas Restaurant Group for The Grove at the Port District, with Atlas curating and operating the full mix of restaurants and bars to turn the riverfront into a true dining and social destination.
Culinary Partner – Atlas Restaurant Group
Atlas is a Baltimore-based national hospitality group, known for destinations like The Choptank, Loch Bar, and Ouzo Bay. Their involvement brings national-caliber culinary talent, operational depth, and brand equity to Port St. Lucie—anchoring The Grove as a regional waterfront draw rather than a standalone local food hall.
