She works across site strategy, partnerships, and sustainability frameworks to ensure SūDā’s growth remains grounded in place, community, and long-term value.

Patricia, Principal at SuDā, leads capital markets, entitlement, and financial structuring. With over 25 years in real estate and $5.8 billion in executed transactions, she brings deep experience in equity and debt financing. Her career spans leadership roles in investment, development, and portfolio strategy.

Blair has served as NOAA’s Southeast Regional Marine Mammal Stranding Coordinator since 1992, leading responses to dolphin, whale, and seal strandings across Southeast U.S., Puerto Rico, and the USVI. She is partnering with SuDā to shape our community and ecology programming.

Edgar focuses on entitlement and development. With nearly 40 years in real estate, he has led landmark projects across Florida as Regional Development Officer for Rockefeller Group and in senior roles at Cushman & Wakefield. Edgar brings unmatched experience in shaping dynamic urban environments.

Jeroen leads Culinary Operations at SūDā. He is a hospitality entrepreneur with over 25 years of global experience leading top restaurant and nightlife ventures. As co-founder of Miami’s acclaimed DOYA, he brings deep operational expertise in concept creation, execution, and profitability.
