Jeroen E. Böck is an accomplished hospitality entrepreneur and operator with more than twenty-five years of experience leading some of the most successful restaurant and nightlife ventures in the United States and abroad. Based in Miami, Jeroen is the co-founder and operating partner of DOYA, a $10 million Mediterranean restaurant consistently achieving above-market EBITDA margins and regarded as one of Miami’s top dining destinations.
His expertise spans every phase of hospitality development—from concept creation, design, and construction, to team building, operations, and financial management. Having managed multimillion-dollar operations at Cecconi’s (Soho Beach House), Nikki Marina, and Prime Italian, Jeroen has built a reputation for transforming underperforming venues into profitable, high-traffic establishments with exceptional service standards and sustained growth.
A native of the Netherlands and a graduate of the International Hotel Management School in Maastricht, Jeroen combines European precision with the entrepreneurial energy of the Miami dining scene. His global career includes leadership roles with the Ritz-Carlton, Hyatt Regency, and boutique hospitality groups across Europe, the Caribbean, and the U.S. Fluent in five languages, Jeroen brings an international perspective and a deep understanding of cross-cultural guest experiences. Today, he continues to drive operational excellence, brand value, and financial performance in every venture he leads—blending creativity, discipline, and hospitality vision at the highest level.
