Saniya Mittal leads strategy and sustainability at SūDā, where she helps shape the platform’s long-term vision and guides projects from early concept through execution. She works across site strategy, partnerships, and narrative development, ensuring SūDā’s growth remains grounded in place, community, and long-term value.

She developed SūDā’s sustainability framework, translating principles around environmental stewardship, community impact, and responsible operations into practical criteria across design, sourcing, and development. Working closely with advisors, city stakeholders, and project partners, Saniya helps align development decisions with local priorities and long-term resilience.

Previously, Saniya served as Chief of Staff at a circular materials company, partnering with executive leadership on strategy, operations, and fundraising. Earlier, she co-founded a sustainable fashion brand in New Delhi, building ethical supply chains and scalable operating systems from the ground up. She brings a systems-driven approach to development, balancing strategic clarity, operational rigor, and storytelling.
